Return Policy

Over at iSwag we offer 7days of Return/ Exchange policy to ensure that our customers get what they want and are completely satisfied with their purchase. In the event where the delivered product does not match your expectation or has an inherent defect, we give you the option to return it within the mentioned time period.

To make a Return/ Exchange you can write to us on Support@iswag.com and upon the receipt of the request, we would initiate the return process. Once the process starts all you have to do is keep the product packed and ready for pickup.

In case of a return, the amount would be refunded in the original source account once we receive the product, and in case of an exchange, we would send over the replacement after we acquire the product from you.
