In the event of any damage that the product suffers during the warranty period, you can directly reach out to us via email or through call and the concerned team will assist you with the entire process.

What happens after the expiration of the warranty period?

You need not worry, even after the expiration of the warranty period we will assist you with the servicing of the product and in such an event you would have to pay the standard repair charges applicable.

In case when the product gets damaged physically, the warranty of the product expires even then the standard repair rates would apply.

Return Policy

Over at iSwag we offer 7days of Return/ Exchange policy to ensure that our customers get what they want and are completely satisfied with their purchase. In the event where the delivered product does not match your expectation or has an inherent defect, we give you the option to return it within the mentioned time period.

To make a Return/ Exchange you can write to us on [email protected] and upon the receipt of the request, we would initiate the return process. Once the process starts all you have to do is keep the product packed and ready for pickup.

In case of a return, the amount would be refunded in the original source account once we receive the product, and in case of an exchange, we would send over the replacement after we acquire the product from you.
